Our main priority is the safety and security of our customers and staffs, so we want to create an environment where everyone feels accommodated whether you are staying or working with us.

We have strict processes in place that our hotel teams follow when they arrive for work or if they start to show symptoms or if they cannot come in to work.

There is a communication displayed in every room clearly outlining our safety procedures and actions our guests must take if they feel unwell and have COVID-19 symptoms. All hotel team members are also fully trained on the procedures they must follow should this situation arise.

LCY Hotel is adopting the following practices in line with Government guidance:

Cleaning & Hygiene

 

Our hotel teams are cleaning using antiviral disinfectant proven to kill Coronavirus; and which is certified to European standards EN1276 & EN14476.

Our teams are increasing the cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas and bedrooms such as switches, handles and soft furnishings. All linen and towels are thermally disinfected after every stay.

PPE provided to all hotel staffs. Whilst there is no Government guidance on the need to wear face masks in hotels, these are available should a team member choose to wear them.

To minimise contact with rooms our housekeeping teams will not enter your bedroom during your stay unless you are staying more than six nights. If you require additional tea and coffee or towels during your stay, please ask a member of our team who will be happy to help. If you do not wish to have your room cleaned at all during your stay, please place the Do Not Disturb hanger outside your room.

To minimise contact and touch points throughout our hotels, we are no longer able to offer luggage storage. Guests can continue to use their room, including for luggage storage, until 12 noon on the day of departure.
